In our church family, we seek to minister to each other particularly when someone is ill, grieving or hurting in any way. Meals are provided and help is given that is most appropriate to each individual situation. We have a team which has committed itself to providing this help.
In addition, at the time of death and funeral, we provide a light repast for funeral attendees. This is an opportunity for us to surround the grieving family with love and caring.
If you would like to be on this team, have a need, or have a question, please call Gail Kolos at 410-798-5384.
Sunday school is our strongest program for this age along with the Children’s Sermon in each week’s worship service. During the course of the year there are a number of Youth Activities such as the Annual Easter Egg Hunt, participation in the Christmas Live Nativity, the Christmas Craft Gathering, and movie day which feature family movies. Contact the church office for the latest happenings for Youth.
Our older members are very active in the life and ministry of the congregation. Every fall we celebrate their leadership and service in a special worship service entitled “Through the Year…” In this service either an individual or a couple are selected because of their years of their strong Christian role model to receive the “New Life in Christ Award”.
The luncheon is a joint event between St. Paul and Annapolis Evangelical Lutheran Church held on the fourth Thursday of each month from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM in Luther Hall at St. Paul. The catered luncheon is $7.00 a person.
