Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Gifts – The Women of St. Paul LWML is sponsoring this project again this year.  On the next two Sundays, October 30 and November 6, there will be special shoeboxes in the narthex for you and your family to pick up and take home and fill with items for a boy or a girl.  Instructions and suggestions for how to fill and label your shoeboxes will be included.  For more information on: “How to Pack a Shoebox”, “What to Pack” and “Follow Your Box Labels” go to:  https://www.samaritanspurse.org/what-we-do/operation-christmas-child.  Return your filled and labeled shoeboxes to St. Paul on Sunday, November 13, and leave them in the narthex.  Please include $7.00 for each box to cover shipping and handling.  If you have questions, contact Marlene Haversack (301-776-4710, mhaversack@yahoo.com), JoAnn Loprete (410-544-0429, ploprete@comcast.net), or Claudia Breeden (410-757-1791, fusioncastle@aol.com).

Adult Bible Study – We will be starting a new Bible study this Sunday, October 30, at 9:30 a.m. in Luther Hall.  The title of the series is “Getting to Reformation”, an engaging history of the Church up to the times of Luther’s Reformation.  The presenter is Richard Dunn, an acknowledged expert and scholar on this and other topics.  We are very blessed to welcome him to St. Paul.  Please join us for this great opportunity to learn and fellowship.  For more information, contact Dan Belt (410-268-1436, pamdanb@verizon.net).
